In the Media - Good Morning Washington: Spotlight on Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School

 Good Morning Washington was joined by Allison Kokkoros, CEO of the Carlos Rosario School. This is the first charter school in the nation to provide classes for adult immigrants. .The school provides services to more than 2,500 students annually plus offers classes in citizenship preparation, ESL, GED, computer literacy, and career training. The Carlos Rosario School also offers support services for students such as job placements, mental health counseling, and community involvement opportunities. Registration for fall semester classes is taking place August 16-18 at the Harvard Street Campus in Columbia Heights.  Read the full story…
